Mission

Jefferson Elementary’s mission is to be committed to excellence in all that we do, Jefferson Elementary educates all PK-5th grade scholars for career and college readiness through rigorous lessons and targeted instruction.

 

Vision

At Jefferson Elementary, we develop confident, critical thinkers and lifelong learners with strong academic skills and curious minds.

We offer a rigorous academic and behavioral environment with a strong focus on literacy. Our goal is for every scholar to read at or above grade level by the end of second grade, forming a foundation for success in all core subjects.

To prepare students for middle school and beyond, we set high expectations. Scholars are held accountable daily for academics, behavior, and personal growth.

As Aristotle said, “Excellence is never an accident…” At Jefferson, we pursue excellence through intentional effort, high standards, and a culture of respect that guides everything we do.
