Welcome to the 2026–2027 School Year at Jefferson!

Dear Jefferson Elementary Families,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! We are excited to welcome you back to another incredible year at Jefferson Elementary. It is both an honor and a privilege to continue serving as your principal, and I look forward to building on the strong foundation we have established together.

Our Jaguar family is ready to ROAR into a year of excellence! Just as jaguars are known for their strength, confidence, resilience, and determination, we will encourage every student to be courageous learners, compassionate leaders, and lifelong achievers. Together, we will Connect, Grow, and Achieve while creating a campus where every Jaguar feels valued, challenged, and inspired.

I am grateful to work alongside an exceptional team of educators who are passionate, dedicated, and committed to helping every student reach their highest potential. This year we will continue to provide high-quality instruction in a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Our work will remain grounded in best instructional practices, meaningful collaboration, and a relentless belief in the success of ALL students.

At Jefferson Elementary, we have high expectations because we know every Jaguar can succeed. Working together with our families, we will continue building a strong academic and social-emotional foundation that prepares our students for lifelong success.

The first day of school is Monday, August 10, 2026. We cannot wait to welcome our Jaguars back to campus! Students should arrive no later than 7:45 a.m. so instruction can begin promptly at 8:00 a.m.

Thank you for your continued partnership and for entrusting us with your child's education. Together, we will make this a year filled with learning, growth, and unforgettable achievements. Let's make the 2026–2027 school year one where Every Jaguar ROARS with Pride!
