Progress Reports/Report Cards
- Progress reports will be generated and sent out by the school every 3 weeks at the end of the cycle.
- Report cards will be generated and sent out by the school every 6 weeks at the end of the cycle.
- To request copies of progress reports, please contact your student's teacher(s) or the campus to schedule a meeting/return call.
- To request copies of report cards, please contact the campus registrar.

GRADING RUBRIC FOR ANCILLARY CLASSES
The following rubric is used for grading ancillary classes. An E, S, N or U will be assigned for computer lab, physical education, and music.

HONOR ROLL
Students in kindergarten through 5th grade are eligible for honor roll.
All A’s Honor Roll: Students who receive straight A’s in all core subject areas (math, RLA, science, and social studies).
All A’s + 1 B Honor Roll: Students who receive all A’s and only one B in core subject areas.
Students who make honor roll for the first 5 grading cycles will be awarded an honor roll medal at the end of year award ceremony.
For the purpose of honor roll, A’s are considered report card scores of 90 and above. B’s are considered report card scores of 80-89.
